NOTICE ON THE TENDER PROCESS

In order to ensure an impartial and transparent process of equal competition between business entities and other applicant enterprises when concluding contracts for the provision of services for the temporary storage of mineral fertilizers and other products produced by the “Maxam-Chirchiq” Joint-Stock Company, the organization of authorized warehouses intended for the storage of mineral fertilizers produced by the company in the territory of the Sirdaryo region is being conducted on a competitive basis.

The selection of authorized warehouses that fully meet the technical and safety requirements for the storage of mineral fertilizers and worthy applicants for their organization is carried out on a competitive basis in accordance with a special procedure and is selected based on the conditions specified in the technical specifications.

The competition is open to organizations that are established in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, have sound financial activity, have separate property in their ownership, business or operational management and are responsible for their obligations with this property, have an independent balance sheet or estimate.
