The main task of the department of foreign economic relations is the conclusion and execution of foreign trade contracts related to the export and import of specific goods, works and services.
In order to fulfill the main objectives for the department shall have the following functions:
provision of examination, registration, delivery and registration deregistration contracts in instances stipulated by law: consulting firms, the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, customs control bodies, authorized banks;
collection and analysis of competitive materials, correspondence and preliminary discussions with potential trade partners to optimize the conditions for export-import transactions and coordination of technical and commercial terms of delivery and payment;
