Dividends

I. According to the minutes of the annual General meeting of shareholders of JSS “Maxam-Chirchiq” No. 31 dated January 27, 2022, the net profit based on the results of the company's work for 2020 is distributed in the following order:

To take into account that the net profit for 2020 in the amount of UZS 253,643,313.94 thousand is distributed in the following order:

- 10% or UZS 25 364 331.39 thousand soums - to the Fund for Supporting Innovation Activities;

- 1% or UZS 2,536,433.14 thousand - to the Labor protection and safety fund;

- 2% or UZS 5 072 866.27 thousand - for remuneration of members of the Supervisory Board, the Board and the Audit Commission;

- 0.5% or UZS 496,000.32 thousand - for remuneration of members of the Supervisory Board, the Management Board and the Audit Commission;

- 12% or UZS  30,437,197.67 thousand - for the development of JSS "Maxam-Chirchiq";

- 75% or UZS 190,232,485.45 thousand for payment of dividends to shareholders;

- 51% or UZS 97,018,567.58 thousand for the payment of dividends to JSS O’zkimyosanoat;

- 49% or UZS 93 213 917.87 thousand for the payment of dividends "MaxamCorp International S.L."

II. Determine the start date for the payment of dividends on January 27, 2022, the date for the end of the payment of dividends - March 27, 2022.
