The main objectives of the department are the expansion of the export potential of the enterprise.
Analysis of the internal and external environment of the enterprise, competitor analysis, market segmentation;
Formulate requirements for product quality and customer service;
Product promotion, formation and maintenance of the image of the company and its brands;
The development of exports of goods and services, to develop proposals to improve its structure, expand the range of export goods;
