The main objective of the department is to control the execution of the decision on corporate governance and executive discipline now.
In accordance with the main task of the department for the following functions:
Preparing and collecting materials for the General Meeting of Shareholders, meetings of the Supervisory Board, the Management Board meetings in accordance with the Charter of the company;
Control over the execution of decisions taken by the executive body of the company - the board, supervisory board and general meeting of shareholders;
Preparation of the necessary information on the activities and financial performance of the company and its publication in the media;
