In accordance with the main task of the department for the following functions:
Customs clearance on foreign trade contracts;
Accounting and organization of storage of goods under customs control under the temporary storage, customs and free warehouse;
In the area of customs clearance organizes and participates in the following activities:
a) To provide guidance, organizational and practical assistance
services of the enterprise on matters within the competence of the department;
b) determining the classification of the goods in accordance with the commodity
Nomenclature of Foreign Trade (HS) according to
legislation of Uzbekistan;
a) to supervise the correctness of determining the customs value
under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
d) control of the correctness of the calculation and payment of taxes in
accordance with the declared;
d) Registration and renewal of the license of the customs warehouse №12
located on the territory of JSC "Maxam Chirchik."
