The Internal Audit Service of JSC "Maxam-Chirchik" is an independent business unit in charge of internal audit. NEA reports directly to the Supervisory Board obschestva.Sluzhba makes monitoring and evaluation of the Management Board of JSC "Maxam-Chirchik" and structural divisions of the enterprise through inspections and monitoring of compliance with legislative acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan, constituent and internal documents, ensure the completeness and accuracy of the reflection data in accounting and financial reporting rules and procedures for the implementation of business operations, safeguarding of assets, as well as the implementation of corporate governance principles.
