It is used for watering and for foliar dressings in greenhouses and open ground.

Safety Requirements: being a strong oxidizing agent, contact of magnesium nitrate with organic matter can cause a fire.
The storage room for magnesium nitrate should not contain dangerously close combustible materials, organic materials, and strong reducing agents. The air should be cool and dry; the room must be equipped with ventilation or with good aeration. Containers with contents must be tightly closed.
According to the degree of impact on the human body, magnesium nitrate, according to the GOST 12.1.007, refers to substances of the 3rd hazard class.
Packaging: magnesium nitrate weighing 100 g, 250 g, 500 g, 1.0 kg, 3.0 kg, 5.0 kg, packed in plastic bags and weighing 10 kg, 25 kg, 30 kg, 40 kg in plastic bags, as well as 30 kg, 40 kg with a deviation of ± 1 kg.
Transportation: magnesium nitrate is transported by all types of transport, ensuring its safety and in accordance with the rules of transportation of goods operating on this type of transport.
Storage: magnesium nitrate is recommended to be stored in a closed container in covered dry warehouses, providing protection from moisture, contamination and mechanical damage to the container, in transport containers in piles on racks or pallets installed on a flat, solid base. The height of the pile - no more than three tiers.
