Three specialized international exhibitions “UzEnergyExpo – Power engineering. Energy saving. Lighting. Electrical engineering”, “UzChemPlastExpo – Chemical Industry. Plastics and polymers productiob. Laboratory and analitics”, “UzPromStroyExpo - Industrial engineering. Heating systems” opened at UzExpoCentre in Tashkent.

The events are organized by IEG Uzbekistan international exhibition company together with the Chamber of Commerce of Uzbekistan , Institute of Energy and Automation of the Academy of Sciences, Uzkimyosanoat, Uzbekenergo, Uzkurilishmateriallari companies, Uzmontazhmahsuskurilish  association  and Tashkent city administration .

At the opening of the exhibition with the participation of representatives from more than ten countries it was noted that the reforms in all sectors, implemented in Uzbekistan under President Islam Karimov's guidance, are an important factor in the dynamic development of many sectors of the economy, in particular , power, construction and chemical industries .

Low-and high-voltage equipment, cables, wires, insulators, transformers, wiring and lighting equipment, measuring devices, advanced transportation technologies, means of protection, control, maintenance, and many other products relating to the power industry are on display at the exhibition

Significant successes have been achieved in our country in increasing the volume of electricity production, introduction of new capacities. In particular, special attention is paid to energy savings, more efficient use of energy resources, introduction of new technologies in the field, development of alternative energy. To this end, investment programs for the development of renewable energy sources, using the wind, solar, water sources, introduction of solar-thermal power plants are under implementation.

E-solar, Elixir gano, Kuchlanish va Quvvat, Energy motors, «Promizolit local companies demonstrate renewable energy sources, services for installation and maintenance of solar and wind turbines, electric motors, materials for insulation and installation of overhead power lines at the exhibition.

Large European industrial enterprises in the field of energy and electrical engineering occupy a significant place. Among them  are Starpower srl (Italy), rendering services in the design, manufacture and technical support of the generating sets, pumps, generators, various equipment and components of Zez silko sro (Czech Republic), complex switchgear and transformer substations of Elektrobudowa (Ukraine).

At the third «UzChemPlastExpo - 2013" exhibition Grodnoazot, Khimvolokno companies of Belarus offer primary polyamide-6 and polymer composite materials, “Middle Asia potoplast” - plastic household and industrial tanks , «Kimyofarminvest» - a wide range of chemical products such as chemical reagents , laboratory furniture and appliances.

The main objective of the exhibition «UzPromStroyExpo - 2013 " is to provide the buildings under construction with ventilation systems and water supply.

- Uzbekistan's economy is developing dynamically, - said the representative of the engineering holding company "Amkador" Anatoly Levitsky (Belarus). - This is evidenced by a wide range products and services of high quality, presented at the exhibition. This is the result of coherent economic policy, carried out under the leadership of President Islam Karimov. Therefore, many companies in our country are willing to cooperate with business people of Uzbekistan. We are pleased that through the exhibition, we have the opportunity to expand our mutually beneficial cooperation with Uzbek partners.

These exhibitions play an important role in the further development of the economy of our country by demonstrating scientific innovations and industrial equipments, new technological developments in the field of energy, chemical and construction industries and engineering services, exchange of experience, further expansion of mutually beneficial cooperation.
