Dividends

I. According to the Minutes of the Annual General meeting of shareholders of JSS “Maxam-Chirchiq” No. 32 dated August 16, 2023, the net profit based on the results of the company’s work for 2021 was distributed in the following order:

Please note that net profit for 2021 in the amount of UZS 362,513,320,172 (in accordance with National Financial Reporting Standards) is distributed in the following order:

- 10% or UZS 36,251,332,017.20 - to the innovation support fund;

- 1% or UZS 3,625,133,201.72 - to the labor protection and safety fund;

- 4% or UZS 14,500,532,806.88 - for remuneration of members of the Supervisory Board, the Audit Commission and the executive body and labor collective of the company;

- 10% or UZS 36,251,332,017.20 - for the modernization and development of the enterprise JSS "Maxam-Chirchiq";

- 75% or UZS 271,884,990,129.00 - for payment of dividends to shareholders of JSS “Maxam-Chirchiq”;

- 51% or UZS 138,661,344,965.79 for the payment of dividends to JSC “Uzkimyosanoat” (before tax payment);

- 49% or UZS 133,223,645,163.21 for payment of dividends “MaxamCorp International S.L.(before tax payment)”

II. To determine the dividend payment start date as August 16, 2023, and the dividend payment end date as October 16, 2023.
