Division of Emergency Management is an independent
structural subdivision of JSC "Maxam-Chirchiq"
The main objective of the department is the content of the formation of grain boundaries in constant readiness to protect workers, the site and the population from emergency situations of natural and man-made disasters.
In accordance with the main task of the department for the following functions:
Participation in the drafting of the declaration enterprise security.
Guide the development and implementation of:
- Emergency management;
- Improve the reliability and stability of the enterprise in emergency situations.
Creating and accounting units for Civil Protection in the enterprise.
Check the readiness of civil protection units.
Preparedness authorities, site-forces and means for action in emergency situations.
Control Alert, providing information to the parent bodies of the onset emergencies.

The main objective of the company is to provide all necessary materi¬alnymi resources, equipment, components necessary for its production activity, capital construction, repair and operational needs with timely financing.
In order to fulfill the main objectives for the department shall have the following functions:
Identification of the planning period of the need for material resources, equipment, fuel, based on the established norms of consumption required to implement pro¬grammy capital construction, repair and maintenance and other needs predpri¬yatiya, as well as to create the necessary inventory.

The main objective of the department is to ensure that the finished product company in accordance with the planned targets.
In accordance with the main task for the sales department shall have the following functions:
Registration and conclusion of agreements and contracts for the supply of products in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the legal basis of economic entities";
Registration of shipping documents for export, declaration and carrying out customs procedures at the customs post, the transfer of shipping documentation;

The main objective of the declaration is to ensure compliance with customs and other legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in foreign trade activities of the enterprise.
Protecting the interests of businesses in foreign trade and other activities in the field of customs.
In accordance with the main task of the department for the following functions:
Customs clearance on foreign trade contracts;
Accounting and organization of storage of goods under customs control under the temporary storage, customs and free warehouse;
In the area of customs clearance organizes and participates in the following activities:
a) To provide guidance, organizational and practical assistance
services of the enterprise on matters within the competence of the department;
b) determining the classification of the goods in accordance with the commodity
Nomenclature of Foreign Trade (HS) according to
legislation of Uzbekistan;
a) to supervise the correctness of determining the customs value
under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
d) control of the correctness of the calculation and payment of taxes in
accordance with the declared;
d) Registration and renewal of the license of the customs warehouse №12
located on the territory of JSC "Maxam Chirchik."

The main objectives of the department are:
Realization of mineral fertilizers on the stock exchange under the RMB and graphs provided "Uzkimyosanoat";
Purchase of raw materials on the stock exchange under the orders of material and technical supplies and equipment;
To perform basic tasks on the department shall have the following functions:
Timely and correct exposure of enterprise that meets the requirements of "UZEX" on the stock exchange;
Design and the contract of sale for the supply sold through the stock exchange, the contract for storage and response agency contract in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the legal basis of economic entities";
Accounting for products sold through the stock exchange:
Exhibiting company's products through currency area for export and registration of contracts and send them after registration in the export department;

Основной задачей транспортного отдела является обеспечение своевременного и качественного транспортного обслуживания предприятия при эффективном использовании транспортных средств.
В соответствии с основной задачей отдел выполняет следующие функции:
Диспетчеризация работы транспортных средств вне территории предприятия;
Оформление и заключение договоров на железнодорожные перевозки, аренду транспортных средств, перевозку грузов сторонними организациями, договора на ремонт цистерн, ж.д. весов, локомотивов;
Надзор за техническим состоянием и безопасной эксплуатацией всех видов транспорта и погрузочно-разгрузочных средств в транспортных подразделениях предприятия;
Участие в проведении расследований дорожно-транспортных происшествии, разработка мероприятий по их устранению и предупреждению.

Organizes the accounting of economic and financial activity of the enterprise according to the applicable laws and supervise the economical use of material, labor and financial resources, to retain ownership of the enterprise.
Economic analysis of economic and financial activity of the enterprise according to the accounting and reporting in order to identify internal resources, eliminating losses and wastage;

The main objectives of the information and communication technology (ICT) is the introduction and development of information and communication management systems.
In accordance with the main task entrusted to the management of ICT sleduyu¬schie functions:
Research of management systems, procedures and methods of planning and control of production;
Installation, commissioning, experimental verification and commissioning vychisli¬telnoy equipment and network equipment.
